for coloring, finishing, testing, sampling and creating

ENQUIRIES allows organizations to keep track of
all enquiries received and
auto-generate email quotations to customers with validity dates.
Reminders can
be set to help sales follow up on enquiries with customers in
a timely and professional manner.

Database details on customers and contacts are maintained in
the CUSTOMERS and CONTACTS pages. Sales
personnel can update their trip reports and results and record
customer visits and business conclusions online even while on
travelling overseas.
The range of greige items, yarn dyed items and finishing types
are updated in the PRODUCT ITEMS, YARN DYED ITEMS and
FINISH TYPES. Work-flow approval processes ensures all
new items or finishes are approved by authorized management
personnel before company wide usage or promotions.
Product Item include a Product Item Fabric Composition
calculator to expedite fabric composition calculations.
Mills can use PRODUCT SPECS to record
the Test Methods and Technical Specifications for each Product
Item such as Tearing Strength, Tensile Strength, Seam Slippage,
Abrasion, Color Fastness and other applicable technical
specifications according to company standards or customer
standards.
IMPERIUMTEX includes product costing, test
report and color library features. COLOR LIBRARIES
record all color submissions by customers - whether swatches,
lab dips, dE readings, yarn skeins or customer color cards. It
also allows users to keep track of lab dips, hand looms, re-lab
dips or re-submit hand looms completion schedules, dispatch
schedules, customer approval dates, shades and customer
comments.
