IMPERIUMTEX - cloud computing for textile mills
IMPERIUMTEX is an on-demand cloud application for dyeing and finishing, yarn dyed, printing, yarn spinning and grey weaving textile mills.
In the case of dyeing and finishing, yarn dyed and printing textile mills, the application covers the fabric sales process cycle from receiving an enquiry to quotation, receiving colors, tracking lab dips, issuing contracts and production instructions, creating technical specifications and test reports, generating carton or loose packing lists, proforma invoices and invoices. Apart from database maintainence of the company's customers, contacts and final buyers, IMPERIUMTEX incorporates work flow approval processes for the creation of new greige items, yarn dyed items, finishes and greige costing as well as work flow rules enabled to assist users in their daily work follow ups.
In the case of yarn spinning and grey weaving mills, the similar sales process cycle applies, except that procedures for packing list creation are different due to the nature of packing in bales or rolls for grey and cartons or pallets for yarn while there is no coloring process.
